Each 1-week pop-up series is built around a specific activity, giving kids the chance to learn, move, and build confidence while trying something new—all in a fun, supportive environment.

Advanced Skills Swimming

ADVANCED SKILLS SWIMMING 

Kids in Motion Session – June 16th & 18th
Ready to help your child grow stronger and more confident in the water?
Our Advanced Swim Skills class is designed for ages 8–12 and focuses on improving technique, endurance, and overall swimming ability in a fun and supportive environment.
Class Details:
- Ages: 8–12
- Time: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Length: 1-week
- Classes: 2 total (2x per week)
- Style: Instructor-led
What Kids Will Work On:
- Advanced water skills and confidence
- Stroke development (freestyle, backstroke, basics of breaststroke)
- Breathing techniques and body positioning
- Endurance and lap swimming

Basic Basketball

BASKETBALL BASICS (AGES 4–8)

Ready to introduce your child to the fun of basketball?
Our Basketball Basics class is designed for ages 4–8 and focuses on beginner-friendly skills, movement, and teamwork in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Class Details:
- Ages: 4–8
- Time: 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM
- Length: 2-week session
- Classes: 4 total (2 per week)
- Style: Instructor-led
What Kids Will Work On:
- Basic dribbling and ball handling
- Passing and catching skills
- Shooting and basket practice
- Movement, coordination, and agility

Our Basketball Skills class is designed for ages 10–12 and focuses on developing fundamental skills, coordination, and game awareness in a fun, high-energy environment.
Class Details:
- Ages: 10-12
- Time: 10:00 AM – 10:45
- Length: 2-week session
- Classes: 4 total (2 per week)
- Style: Instructor-led

- Dribbling and ball control
- Passing and teamwork skills

Intro to Swim

INTRO TO SWIM (AGES 1–3) 

Kids in Motion Session – June 23rd & 25th
A fun, gentle introduction to the water designed to help little ones feel safe, comfortable, and confident in the pool—while staying right alongside a parent or caregiver! 
Our Intro to Swim class is designed for ages 1–3 and focuses on water acclimation, basic movement, and safety through music, play, and guided instruction.
Class Details:
- Ages: 1–3
- Time: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Length: 2-week session
- Classes: 4 total (2 per week)
- Style: Instructor-led | Parent/caregiver required in the pool with child
What Kids Will Work On:
- Water acclimation and comfort in the pool
- Intro to basic water movement and skills
- Blowing bubbles and getting face wet
- Safe entry and exit from the water
- Floating support and water exploration
- Movement and learning through music

Ready to introduce your child to the world of wrestling in a fun and safe way?
Our Intro to Wrestling class is designed especially for ages 4–6, focusing on basic skills, movement, and confidence-building through structured play.
Class Details:
Ages: 4–7
- Time: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Length: 2-week session
Classes: 4 total (2 per week)

What Kids Will Learn:
Basic wrestling movements and positions
Balance, coordination, and body control
Safe tumbling and mat awareness

Kids Tumbling is designed for ages 2–4 and introduces the basics of gymnastics and tumbling through playful, music-based movement.
