Take your fitness to the next level with Personal Training! Work one-on-one with our certified trainers Joshua Burroughs or Shawn Simpson to create a program tailored specifically to your goals. Our friendly Front Desk staff can help you schedule sessions and answer any questions.

Training Options:

Basic Intro Session – 30 Minutes | FREE

  • Meet your personal trainer and get introduced to your program.

  • Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to start seeing results.

Advanced Training – 60 Minutes

  • Available as single sessions, 5-session packs, or 10-session packs.

  • Designed for participants ready to challenge themselves and make measurable progress.

  • Save more when you purchase multiple sessions—the more sessions you buy, the better the value!

For those who enjoy the designed and specialized fitness plan established by their trainer —

Register for a one-on-one or small group training session(s) with one of our personal trainers.  Set goals for your fitness plan!  Once your plan is in place, our Personal Trainers will track your progress with you.  You will enjoy a variety of workouts to keep it interesting and engaging!

We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions and ability to purchase 1, 5, or 10 sessions at a time. Schedule sessions the fit your schedule!
