Training Options

Basic Intro Sessions

  • 30 minutes per session  Limited to 4 sessions per client

  • Free

Meet with a personal trainer to discuss your goals, learn proper technique, and build confidence with a personalized fitness plan. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to establish a strong foundation before advancing to paid training.

Advanced Personal Training

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Available as:

    • Single session

    • 5-session package

    • 10-session package

Designed for participants ready to challenge themselves and make measurable progress. Multi-session packages offer the best value.

I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology and specialize in helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach realistic, sustainable fitness and wellness goals.

Fitness and nutrition can be confusing, and misinformation is everywhere. My approach is rooted in science-backed methods that are proven to work, with education and support tailored specifically to you.

Services Include:

  • Strength training education & form correction
  • Improving functional movement for everyday activities
  • Pre- and post-operative exercises for joint replacement surgeries (knee, hip, etc.)
  • Chronic disease management through individualized exercise prescription
